Carolina Orthopaedic Surgery Associates, P.A. was founded in June 1983 by Thomas G. Fleischer, M.D.

After visiting the beautiful city of Rock Hill, South Carolina, Dr. Fleischer opened a practice on Ebenezer Avenue and joined the staff of Piedmont Medical Center.

During the next twenty years the office grew from one physician to eight Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeons with a new state of the art facility located on Professional Park Drive and offices located in Lancaster and Chester counties. Physicians are on staff at Piedmont Medical Center, Elliott White Springs Memorial, Chester Regional Medical Center, and Carolinas Medical Center Pineville.
